From Oakden and Hillcrest to Gilles Plains and Windsor Gardens, Dana is involved in local community groups and understands the issues that are important to residents in the State seat of Torrens.

Dana is out and about in the electorate – from working on local school committees and the North East Community House Board of Management to delivering Meals on Wheels, holding community forums and attending significant local events and gatherings.

Passionate about a fair go for local residents and every child’s right to a great education, Dana’s experience and determination will ensure results for the electorate. As a parent and a former teacher, she knows the importance of family and education in the development of our children.

She has worked as a primary school teacher, editor of The Advertiser education pages and was head of the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance. For six years, Dana represented South Australia in the Senate – invaluable experience to bring to the Torrens electorate.

Dana’s twenty years experience representing individuals and groups, her service on numerous community committees and not for profit organisations, along with her understanding and commitment will ensure excellent representation for residents of Torrens.
